Yogyakarta, July 17, 2025 — The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIPOL) at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) welcomed a visit from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University (Untirta) Banten on Thursday (17/7). The visit was conducted as part of a benchmarking initiative as well as the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) regarding collaboration on the Tridharma of Higher Education.
The meeting focused on various aspects of the Tridharma, including research flagships, innovative educational programs, community empowerment initiatives, and capacity development.
Through this visit, both institutions reaffirmed their commitment to delivering quality education and fostering partnerships that contribute to positive change in the future. This collaboration also resonates with the spirit of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 4 (Quality Education), which emphasizes inclusive and equitable education, and Goal 17 (Partnerships for the Goals), which highlights the importance of strengthening collaboration to achieve sustainable development.
