PPKK FISIPOL UGM Successfully Holds 4th Training on Developing Business Process Maps for Government Institutions

The Center for Capacity Development and Cooperation (PPKK), Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FISIPOL UGM), successfully organized the 4th Training on Developing Business Process Maps for Government Institutions on August 19–22, 2025, in Yogyakarta. The program was attended by participants from various ministries, agencies, and local governments across Indonesia.

Over the course of four days, participants received intensive training on the importance of business process mapping as the backbone of organizational efficiency. A structured process map not only ensures smooth operations but also helps government institutions function ethically, legally, and effectively in delivering public services.

The training program was designed comprehensively, combining lectures from experts and facilitators with active learning approaches. Participants engaged in pre-tests, post-tests, simulations, and presentations to strengthen both conceptual understanding and practical application.

Beyond academic sessions, the training also included networking and refreshing activities such as a campus tour at Universitas Gadjah Mada and a city tour to Parangtritis Beach and Gumuk Pasir, designed to foster stronger bonds and collaboration among participants.

Through this training, PPKK FISIPOL UGM hopes that the knowledge and skills gained will be applied effectively in each participant’s institution, thereby contributing to the realization of better, more efficient, and service-oriented governance.
