In addition to being a collaborative activity of the three parties, this activity also directly involved the Getas Village Posyandu Cadres. This activity was held with the aim of providing insight and basic knowledge to adolescents, pregnant women and Posyandu cadres regarding the importance of reproductive health and stunting prevention.
The socialization material was delivered by Dr. Novrida from Gama Medical Center (GMC) and attended by one hundred local residents who were dominated by women. In addition to the presentation of socialization materials, the organizers also established communication and discussion with the community. In particular, in discussions related to the obstacles and experiences faced so far, the speaker also offered solutions.
The session was closed with a ceremonial provision of incentives in the form of baby scales, health check tools (cholesterol, uric acid, blood sugar) and tension equipment to each Posyandu in Getas Village. The activities that have been held have great hopes of increasing public attention to reproductive health, and reducing stunting rates.
