Upholding Integrity, Organizers of UGM Entrance Exam CBT 2026 at FISIPOL Ensure a Fair and Smooth Process

Yogyakarta, June 8th, 2026─In the midst of fierce competition for admission to state universities, the Computer Based Test (CBT) for the Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) Entrance Exam 2026, attended by 44,972 participants, emphasizes not only academic skills but also a commitment to a fair and integrity-driven process. This commitment was reaffirmed by the organizers at the faculty level, particularly at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIPOL) UGM.

Dr. Pradhikna Yunik Nurhayati, the person in charge of the UGM CBT location at FISIPOL UGM, explained that thorough preparations were made to ensure the exam was conducted fairly and credibly. From training sessions, mentoring, to technical coordination, all staff members were equipped with a comprehensive understanding of what is permissible and what is not.

“From the beginning, we have been briefed and coached on what needs to be done, the do’s and don’ts, including how the coordination should be. The staff accompanying the UGM CBT have signed an integrity pact to ensure that we truly uphold integrity, maintain smooth operations, and are fully committed,” Dr. Pradhikna stated when met at the exam location on Saturday, June 6, 2026.

In addition to emphasizing the integrity of the organizers, Dr. Pradhikna also highlighted the significance of this exam for participants coming from various regions across the country. According to her, the enthusiasm radiating from prospective students serves as a unique energy for the committee.

“This is certainly an important moment for the participants, where they believe today is part of their efforts to achieve their dreams. Many come from various regions, not only from Yogyakarta, not only from Java, but even some from outside Java. They approach this with enthusiasm, but we certainly hope for the best for all of them. Of course, while maintaining the integrity that exists, entering the process honestly, with the best efforts, hopefully, they will achieve the best results as well,” she added.

These two statements underline that the success of the exam’s organization is not only measured by technical smoothness but also by the shared commitment between the committee and participants to uphold honesty. This aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in ensuring access to quality education and basic services for all.

In conclusion, the UGM Entrance Exam CBT 2026 at FISIPOL UGM stands as a testament to the university’s commitment to providing basic education and access to higher learning while ensuring that the process remains fair and transparent. This initiative not only supports the aspirations of thousands of students but also contributes to the broader goal of achieving quality education for all, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals.
