FISIPOL UGM Send Off 75 Master’s and 1 Doctoral Graduates

Yogyakarta, July 22, 2026—The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIPOL) Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) graduated 76 students during the Postgraduate Graduation Ceremony for Period IV of the 2025/2026 academic year on Wednesday (July 22). Comprising 33 female and 43 male graduates, the ceremony saw the participation of 75 graduates from Master’s programs and one graduate from a Doctoral program.

The graduates included 21 from the Master of Communication Science program, 17 from the Master of International Relations program, 25 from the Master of Public Administration program, 2 from the Master of Social Development and Welfare program, 1 from the Master of Sociology program, 5 from the Master of Management and Public Policy program, 4 from the Master of Politics and Government program, and 1 from the Doctoral Program in Sociology.

The highest Grade Point Average (GPA) was achieved by Panji Putra Ariyanto from the Master of Communication Science program, with a score of 3.98/4.00. Meanwhile, the graduate with the shortest study duration was Muhammad Gufron Rum, who completed his studies in 1 year, 5 months, and 3 days. This ceremony also saw the graduation of the youngest student, Mohammad Nashiir, aged 23 years, 4 months, and 1 day.

This graduation ceremony represents not only a personal achievement for each individual but also another collective step by FISIPOL UGM in demonstrating the advancement of education in Indonesia.
