Yogyakarta, August 13, 2026 – The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIPOL) at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) is holding the voting stage for the 2026–2031 Dean election today, Thursday (August 13).
The voting is being conducted in a hybrid format: the in-person process is taking place at the FISIPOL UGM 4th-floor auditorium, while online voting is accessible via a dedicated link sent by the selection committee to faculty members’ email addresses. Faculty members began casting their votes at 09:00 WIB, with the process scheduled to conclude at 12:00 WIB.
This vote represents the next stage in the faculty leadership selection process, following the previously held public forum for the presentation of ideas. The results of the vote will be submitted to the Rector to serve as a factor in the selection of the FISIPOL Dean for the 2026–2031 term.
