ADMISSION TIMELINE


Intake I : Registration 1st week of January - 2nd week of January, Admission test 3rd week of January

Intake II : Registratiion 1st week of February - 2nd week of April , Admission test 3rd week of April

Intake III : Registration 1st week of May - 2nd week of June, 3rd week of June

ELLIGIBILITIES 

  1. Graduates of 2026, 2025, and 2024 from senior high school or equivalent with good academic records.
  2. Good academic capability, as indicated by the score of Gadjah Mada Scholastic Test (GMST) (min 500).
  3. Good proficiency in English, as indicated by score of English Certificate, as follows:
    1. Academic English Proficiency Test (AcEPT) UGM (min. 268)
    2. TOEFL ITP (min. 500)
    3. TOEFL iBT (min. 61)
    4. IELTS (min. 6.0)
  4. There are two options regarding an English Certificate, applicant can choose one of the options: 
    1. Submit TOEFL ITP/ TOEFL iBT/ IELTS Certificate during the application period
    2. Take AcEPT test held by UGM during the Day 1 Test
  5. Pass interview test

PROCEDURES 

1. Pay non refundable application fee: Rp1,500,000,-to get the password for online application system via Multi-Payment System of Bank Mandiri.

2. Complete the application form and upload this following documents:

For applicants who graduated in 2024 & 2025
For applicants who will Graduated in 2026

ADMISSION TEST 

The registered applicants will undertake the academic verification test held by Universitas Gadjah Mada as follows:

Day 1 :
1. Gadjah Mada Scholastic Test (GMST)*
2. Academic English Proficiency Test (AcEPT)** UGM (if applicant could not submit any English Certificate during the application period)

Day 2 :
(For those who pass GMST and AcEPT/TOEFL ITP/TOEFL IBT/IELTS)
a) Essay Writing
b) Interview

*) Gadjah Mada Scholastic Test minimum score required will be 500.

**) AcEPT minimum score required will be 500.

TUITION FEE 

  • Indonesian Students :
    Rp 25.000.000/Semester
  • International Students:
    Rp 29.000.000/ Semester and Institutional Development Fee Rp 20.000.000/Once
